1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using ExcelPerfect, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
2. The service
ExcelPerfect generates, explains, debugs, and converts spreadsheet formulas and related code from natural-language input. Results are provided as a helpful starting point, so always review formulas before relying on them for important work.
3. Plans & billing
Usage is metered in AI tokens. The Free plan includes 50,000 tokens per month. Pro costs $9 per month, billed through Stripe, and raises your allowance to 6,000,000 tokens a month across all modes; Pro members can also buy one-time top-up token packs, which do not expire. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime and keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t abuse, reverse-engineer, or resell the service, and don’t use it to generate unlawful content or to circumvent usage limits.
5. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. ExcelPerfect is not liable for losses arising from formulas or code produced by the service. You are responsible for verifying outputs before use.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
